Visitors to our web site will not be solicited in anyway, or by any means by our staff, members or others we know. Lisbon Explorer has a zero tolerance policy for those engaging in unwanted solicitation of visitors without the written consent in advance.

We always reply within 24-hours on a Monday to Friday. If it is less than 24-hours before you would like to tour, you should call us by phone. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a voice mail message with your local Portuguese phone number, and we will callback as soon as possible. We are a boutique tour operator and sometimes our office staff is out organizing tours which makes it difficult to respond to tour requests without 24-hours notice.
