We always get back to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If it is less than 24 hours before you would like to tour, please call us. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a voicemail with your local Portuguese phone number, and we will call you back as soon as possible. We are a boutique tour operator, and sometimes our office staff is out organizing tours, which makes it challenging to respond to tour requests without 24-hour notice.
