Our staff has received materials, instructions, and technical guidance issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Portugal’s Directorate-General for Health (DGS) regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We regularly update our Health & Safety Operational Planning Guidelines and discuss them with our staff to ensure they use the most recent information and practices to maintain clean and safe work environments, homes, and social spaces.
The guidelines emphasize the importance of keeping information up to date. This requires frequent, transparent communications with our staff to meet essential needs for controlling infection risks. This will help ensure that our staff continues to adhere to WHO and Portuguese public health advice to protect our guests from infection.
All of our guides are registered with Turismo de Portugal and hold a “Clean & Safe” stamp, which is subject to regular, random inspections.
