As a boutique tour operator, our private guides are often fully booked days in advance. Please call us if you wish to reserve a tour with less than 24-hours notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We very highly suggest completing the Reservation Request Form, because email and phone calls are a secondary priority. Our first priority is to guests requesting a tour on our website, using the Reservation Request Form, providing the details we need to send a price quote in less than 24-hours.

If we are out of the office coordinating tours, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we return. Please remember to tell us what country you are calling from so that we can reply at an appropriate time of day. If you leave a voice mail message and do not receive a reply in 24-hours, it is due to one of the reasons below:
• Returning your message was not possible due to high call volumes, or we are completely booked during the date and time you are requesting.
• Your voice message was inaudible due to distortion that sometimes happens with international calls.
• You forgot to tell us which country you are calling from, or did not provide a country code with your phone number.
• Your hotel concierge did not leave a voice message with your name, room number, or the name of your hotel.
• Your return phone number could not be reached due rare restrictions that can occur with US and EU carriers, especially with mobile phones.
